How the import works

1. STEP 1 — REQUEST YOUR EXPORT

   In the TV Time app go to Settings → Account → Request my data (or email support@tvtime.com citing GDPR data portability). They email you a zip — usually within a couple of days. Both the old CSV format and the new JSON format work here.

2. STEP 2 — DRAG IT IN

   Drop the zip on the import page. It's read in your browser — the file never leaves your device; only the parsed watch list is sent to rebuild your history.

3. STEP 3 — WE MATCH EVERYTHING

   Shows match automatically through the ids in your export — even anime with odd season splits land right. In the rare case a title is truly ambiguous, we ask you once, with posters, instead of guessing wrong.
